Infor Legacy Infor SunSystems ERP Financial ERP n/a 2014 2014
In 2014, FC Business Intelligence Ltd implemented Infor SunSystems as its ERP Financial system to consolidate finance and accounting workflows across the professional services firm. The deployment supported a 130 person organization headquartered in the United Kingdom and addressed multi‑entity accounting requirements and cross border VAT obligations. Configuration of Infor SunSystems emphasized core general ledger, accounts payable, cash management and multi currency capabilities. Operational routines documented in the system include issuing and maintaining petty cash, posting supplier invoices, maintaining an aged creditors report, posting credit card transactions onto Sun accounts monthly, processing multi currency invoices and running weekly multi currency pay runs. Month end capabilities were configured to produce management accounts for one entity, assist with three additional entities and to prepare month end journals such as accruals for missing event costs, release of deferred income and release of prepaid event costs. Integrations and reconciliation workflows were implemented to support multi currency operations and payment processing, including reconciling multi currency bank accounts with Cardnet and American Express transactions and posting multi currency journals to Financial force. Tax and statutory processing in the Infor SunSystems environment included production of quarterly UK VAT returns and monthly German VAT returns, and maintaining monthly reports of events revenue to validate insurance coverage for events. The implementation therefore covered finance and accounts payable functions across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Governance centered on a small finance team model, with a three person team responsible for timely posting, creditor management and maintaining month end control activities inside Infor SunSystems. The finance organization used SunSystems workflows to support a corporate demerger, assisting with the creation and registration of four new companies and ensuring entity level ledger setups and intercompany posting practices were maintained.

The implementation includes standard Microsoft 365 components such as Exchange Online for email and calendaring, SharePoint Online for centralized document management and intranet capabilities, OneDrive for Business for individual file sync, Microsoft Teams for synchronous collaboration and meetings, and Office applications delivered as a service. Identity and access functionality is implemented through Azure Active Directory for user provisioning and single sign on, with mobile and endpoint controls applied through the Microsoft 365 management surface. Oracle Legacy Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) Marketing Automation CRM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 FC Business Intelligence Ltd implemented Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) to support Marketing Automation for its marketing and demand generation functions. The deployment was focused on website-based engagement, embedding Oracle Eloqua on the company website to capture visitor interactions and manage digital campaign touchpoints. Configuration work centered on standard Marketing Automation capabilities, including campaign orchestration, email marketing, form and landing page management, segmentation and tracking workflows. Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) was configured to host campaign canvases, manage contact metadata and route captured leads into internal marketing processes, reflecting typical application modules for this category. Operational integration was limited to the website, with Oracle Eloqua scripts and form handlers instrumented to capture behavioral data and submission events from the corporate site. The implementation established data capture flows from the website into Eloqua, enabling the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and manage lead lifecycle activities within the application.
