Google Legacy Google Tag Manager Tag Management CRM n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, FGV Group implemented Google Tag Manager on its public website to centralize client side tagging and simplify web tag deployment. The deployment manifests as a web container snippet embedded across pages, establishing a Tag Management control layer for marketing and analytics instrumentation. The implementation centers on container-level tags, triggers, and variables to orchestrate analytics events, conversion tracking, and third-party marketing tags. The configuration aligns with standard Tag Management practices, including a data layer for event-driven triggers and asynchronous tag loading to minimize page performance impact. Operational ownership is organized around digital marketing and analytics workflows, enabling non developer teams to control tag lifecycle and accelerate measurement changes. Google Tag Manager functions as the primary Tag Management platform for FGV Group's website presence in Italy, providing centralized governance, change control, and consistency across web measurement and marketing tags.

Sophos Legacy Sophos Endpoint Security Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) CyberSecurity n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, FGV Group implemented Sophos Endpoint Security as its endpoint protection platform. The deployment targeted the company s distribution operations in Italy and covered the corporate device estate across a 1,130 employee environment. Sophos Endpoint Security was deployed to provide Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) capabilities, delivering real time malware protection, behavioral detection and centralized policy enforcement via the Sophos management console. The implementation included Sophos antispam alongside endpoint controls to address both device and email threat vectors, and it operated in concert with perimeter firewall and VPN SSL site to site configurations. Operational orchestration for the deployment was coordinated with Lansweeper for fleet inventory and scripted software deployment, and with Microsoft WSUS for update coordination and system patching. The server and virtualization layer supporting the environment was managed in a VMware server farm, protected with Veeam backups and monitored with PRTG Network Monitor, while Microsoft Office 365 remained under central ICT management. Governance and day to day operations were executed by the internal ICT group with an ICT Project Manager responsible for project advancement, Otobo ticketing used for first and second level support, and technical documentation maintained for ongoing maintenance. Security administration covered endpoint policy configuration, antimalware and antispam management, and coordination of firewall and VPN rule changes with infrastructure teams.
