| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle PeopleSoft ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, FIS implemented Oracle PeopleSoft ERP as an ERP Financial deployment covering core financial modules across the company. The program targeted PeopleSoft Application 9.1 with PeopleTools 8.51 on Oracle 10g and included General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, and a companywide Expense module.
The engagement executed an upgrade path from PeopleSoft Financials 8.4 to 9.1, beginning with fit gap analysis to define configuration choices for GL, AP and AM. Workstreams produced design documentation, functional specifications, and data mapping for transfer of data from 8.4 to 9.1, and the team created and modified private queries while using Application Designer and Data Mover to identify underlying tables and move data and objects.
Testing and verification were structured across Unit, Integration, Functional UAT and End to End testing, with test scripts developed for unit and integration scenarios and collaboration with QA to implement automated test scripts for AP, AM and GL. Report migration and validation included moving Crystal and nVision layouts into PeopleSoft 9.1, executing compare reports between versions with the technical team, and resolving issues uncovered during testing.
Operational coverage included international and domestic approval workflows, a global rollout of the Expense module, and country-specific configuration such as per diem for German business units. Governance activities positioned functional analysts as liaisons between business users and technical teams, implemented workflow designs to support international and domestic users, coordinated integrations with credit card companies for Expense processing, and developed training modules and schedules for worldwide user enablement.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Benefits | Benefits Administration | HCM | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, FIS implemented Workday Benefits as part of a broader Workday HCM initiative. The Workday Benefits deployment targeted Benefits Administration across the enterprise of approximately 60,000 employees and operated alongside Core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, and Compensation modules to centralize employee benefits enrollment and lifecycle events.
The implementation covered full lifecycle workstreams including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and scheduling. Functional configuration work included onboarding business process definitions with To dos and custom notifications, creation and maintenance of supervisory organizations, locations, positions, cost centers and cost center hierarchies, preparation and mass loading of employee master data such as job details and worker history, and setup of processes for change job, compensation grade changes, mass hire, and mass promotions.
Workday Benefits was integrated into the broader integration architecture using Workday Integrations tools, including Enterprise Interface Builder EIB, Workday Cloud Connect, Document Transformations, and Studio with XML and XSLT for payload mapping. Custom integrations and assemblies were developed for transactions such as Hire, Terminate, and data changes, and integrations were validated end to end with third party systems and reporting platforms including Tableau where required.
Governance and operational support included creation of business processes and notifications in UAT and production tenants, configuration of Domain Security Policies merged into Security Groups, release testing driven by review of What s New documents and test scripts, and production support and issue tracking using Jira. Workday Report Writer and advanced custom reports were developed and attached to dashboards to support HR and payroll business functions, and the team provided continuous production support, enhancement documentation, and issue resolution across tenants Workday 26 and 27.

In 2020, FIS implemented Later Case Management (ex ClickDebt) as a Case Management solution to automate high-volume debt workflows and payments processing for its financial services operations. The deployment was established through a partnership with Lateral Technology to deliver a dedicated debt management and collections management system.
The Later Case Management implementation centralized core functional modules including case intake and triage, workflow orchestration for collections lifecycles, payment processing capabilities, and real-time case tracking and reporting. Automation covered automated assignments, staged communication workflows, and queue management to support continuous high-volume collections activity. Configuration emphasis focused on auditability, throughput, and improving case visibility across teams.
Operational scope extended across FIS collections teams in the United States and supported global financial services operations, concentrating on enterprise collections and debt recovery business functions. The solution handled continual case updates and transaction volumes, providing event-driven case state updates that enabled real-time tracking and operational dashboards. Data capture and standardized case records established a single operational view for collections activity.
Governance and process changes emphasized standardized case workflows, role based access controls, and centralized escalation policies to align operational practices with the new Case Management tooling. The initiative was selected to drive process automation, real-time case tracking and improved productivity across FIS's collections activities.
