In 2022, Filmstaden implemented Visma HRM Compensation to modernize HR and payroll processes across Sweden. The deployment targeted Compensation Management as the primary category to support HR and payroll business functions for the 600-employee media group.
The implementation configured core capabilities including automated payroll runs, e-signature workflows, travel expense handling, and a dedicated lönerevision salary review workflow leveraging the Visma HR+ module. Visma HRM Compensation was used to centralize compensation planning, administer salary revision cycles, and automate routine payroll and approval tasks to reduce manual work.
Operational rollout focused on HR and payroll teams across Filmstaden's Sweden sites, with the HR+ lönerevision module scheduled to go live in October 2023. Governance changes aligned payroll and HR process ownership with the new Compensation Management workflows and established e-signature approval chains to achieve the stated improvements in efficiency.
