Veran Performance led the implementation, delivering the solution in about five months for approximately 4,500 employees across roughly 50 countries. SumTotal Performance was configured to cascade corporate goals, support structured performance reviews, enable manager to employee interactions and surface talent signals through workforce analytics. Operational coverage centered on HR and people management functions, with the rollout focused on global performance and goal alignment processes across multiple regions. Governance was partner-driven with a compressed delivery timeline, embedding standardized goal cascades and manager feedback workflows into existing performance processes. The implementation yielded full alignment of individual goals to company goals in the HR and performance area, enabled centralized performance review orchestration through SumTotal Performance and extended analytic visibility via the Workforce Analytics module.
