In 2018 Finnvera implemented Ninchat on its public website to provide Chatbots and Conversational AI for digital customer service and website engagement. Finnvera Ninchat Chatbots and Conversational AI was deployed as a web embedded conversational interface to capture visitor sessions and present scripted and dynamic conversational flows.
Deployment was web first, using the Ninchat widget to manage live agent handoffs, session management, transcript logging, routing rules, agent dashboard access, and built in analytics and reporting. Configuration emphasized conversational workflows and moderation controls consistent with Chatbots and Conversational AI implementations, with hosted SaaS delivery of the chat interface.
Operational ownership aligned with customer service and digital channels, with the scope focused on the public facing website in Finland and integration into web content and user journeys. In 2019, Finnvera deployed Hotjar on its public website to capture behavioral analytics and on page feedback. The Hotjar implementation supports the Customer Experience agenda for Finnvera's digital channels and web properties. Hotjar is configured as the primary on site behavioral analytics and feedback tool for the corporate site.
Implementation included standard Hotjar capabilities such as session recordings, heatmaps, funnel analysis, and on page surveys to surface usability issues and visitor intent. The deployment emphasized configurable consolidation logic and documentation of system processes to support month end and statutory workflows across the finance function.
Finnvera reports strong satisfaction with the solution and its flexibility, and highlights ongoing advisory support from Clausion consultants. "Consultants are extremely professional and cooperative. Solutions what they offer are well-thought and planned", Tarmo Narikka says. "One small, yet important thing is documentation which is done for our system environment. It describes our processes in the system and it is a great additional tool for system usage, learning and developing", Tarmo Narikka adds.
