Operational coverage targeted loan operations, records management and servicing functions, with workflow configurations applied to track documents from booking through servicing and to maintain audit trails for loan packages. Governance changes formalized document typing, standardized packaging of loan files and introduced workflow controls managed by the records department under records department manager Jon Hinsman. The OnBase BPM deployment addressed the bank's stated need to organize documents into proper types and to track loans as packages through booking and servicing, reducing dependence on unsupported DART components.
