In 2012, First Republic Bank implemented UKG Workforce Central Payroll (ex Kronos Workforce Payroll) to centralize Payroll processing and timekeeping across its US operations. The UKG Workforce Central Payroll deployment encompassed Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and HR/Payroll 6.3 components as the operational core for time capture and payroll calculation.

The program delivered a nationwide rollout of Kronos 6.2 and maintained operational database management for WFC 6.1 timekeeping, while coordinating a pending upgrade path to KRONOS Workforce Manager.
Governance followed an SDLC discipline with requirement gathering, JAD and JAR sessions, configuration, testing and UAT, plus patch and upgrade application cycles. Operational readiness activities included training for timekeepers and managers on rights and department workflows, and sustained functional and technical support for Kronos ERP products to stabilize Payroll and time and attendance processes.
