In 2012, Flexera implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as an ERP Financial application. The engagement centered on designing and developing a Sales order Interface Program to channel order data from the company sales force into the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 ERP system, ensuring order capture aligned with the R12 transaction model.
The implementation emphasized sales order processing and integration with core financial posting, with the Sales order Interface Program handling data mapping, validation, and transaction handoff into Oracle E-Business Suite R12. Configuration work focused on aligning incoming sales order attributes with order-to-cash workflows and financial ledgers in the ERP Financial environment.
Operational scope covered coordination between sales and finance functions, where the interface automated transfer of sales transactions into order processing and downstream financial recording. Governance changes included formalized data validation rules and reconciliations to ensure order integrity as orders moved from the sales force into Oracle E-Business Suite R12.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft Viva Glint | Performance and Goal Management, Employee Engagement | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Flexera implemented Microsoft Viva Glint to operationalize frequent employee feedback, using the Performance and Goal Management,Employee Engagement application to support HR and Organizational Effectiveness. The move followed a history of annual surveys and a 2018 pause during a period of acquisitions and site changes, after which an October 2018 pulse showed engagement down by ten points and highlighted gaps in communication and actionability.
Microsoft Viva Glint was deployed to run recurring pulse surveys and to partner with Glint’s People Science team on survey design, including the October 2020 pulse that added questions focused on Belonging and Diversity and Inclusion. The implementation emphasized actionable survey mechanics, anonymous commenting for all-hands and manager-level insights to feed workshop and coaching programs for frontline managers.
The program had global operational coverage, with pulses administered across regions and office sites and governance routed through a Leadership Circle of 90 diverse leaders who translated survey intelligence into team-level actions. Rollout activity coincided with organization-wide initiatives to increase Microsoft Teams usage and a shift in all-hands cadence from quarterly to monthly, enabling more frequent companywide communication and anonymous Q&A capability.
Governance and process changes included formation of cross-functional teams, a dedicated change management team that developed manager workshops, and local site leaders empowered to make budget and safety decisions to address site-specific engagement issues. These structures created closed-loop accountability where survey signals were converted into localized action plans and leader coaching.
Performance outcomes documented in program reporting included a rebound in engagement following the Leadership Circle interventions, a rise in the Communication driver in May 2019 and a further increase in October 2019, with the May 2020 pulse showing engagement scores jump an additional four points. Flexera also worked directly with Glint’s People Science team to prepare the October 2020 pulse for pandemic related impacts, reinforcing Microsoft Viva Glint as a continuous listening and action platform for the company.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Netsuite OpenAir | Professional Services Automation | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2017 |
In 2016, Flexera implemented Oracle Netsuite OpenAir, a Professional Services Automation application to centralize project delivery and financial workflows across its services organization. The Oracle Netsuite OpenAir deployment was provisioned as a cloud SaaS Professional Services Automation system, positioned to consolidate project accounting and service delivery operations on a single platform.
Configuration work focused on standard Professional Services Automation modules, including resource management and capacity planning, project financials and budgeting, time and expense capture, and billing and invoicing workflows. Oracle Netsuite OpenAir was configured to enforce time entry and approval processes, to drive project-level revenue recognition controls, and to provide utilization and project margin visibility for delivery managers and finance teams.
The implementation was executed alongside a broader ERP migration from OracleR12 to NetSuite ERP, and the solution architecture included integration touch points between Oracle Netsuite OpenAir and NetSuite ERP to synchronize billing, invoice data, and project-related general ledger postings. Integration architecture emphasized data flows between project objects in Oracle Netsuite OpenAir and finance ledgers in NetSuite ERP to maintain consistency of project costs and revenue records.
Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with new approval workflows, role based access controls, and centralized project financial governance to align Professional Services, Finance, and Project Delivery functions. The program positioned Oracle Netsuite OpenAir as the authoritative system for services delivery and project accounting for Flexera in the United States, aligning operational processes with the newly adopted NetSuite ERP environment.
