Teams mastered combined Excel and Rossum workflows to minimize manual entry, and specific workflows were instrumented to support customs entry data fields required for Canadian cross border shipments.
Integrations included native data export to Microsoft Excel for bulk processing and staged uploads, and operational linkage with Fenix for creation of customs entries in Canadian cross border workflows. Operational coverage spanned data entry and validation teams, customs processing functions, and accounts payable data pipelines, with Rossum.ai Platform acting as the document-to-data ingestion layer feeding downstream operational systems.
Governance and rollout emphasized operational training and standards, personnel led regular training seminars for both experienced and new employees on assigned workflows, and new standard operating procedures were created to reflect client needs and employee workflow requirements.
