The deployment positioned Ceridian Dayforce Compensation as the enterprise compensation engine within Dayforce HCM Cloud, providing structured pay planning and total rewards data models for the organization.
The implementation included configuration of Dayforce Talent modules alongside the compensation module, explicitly covering Succession, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding and Learning, and concurrent deployment of Dayforce Workforce Management. Configuration work focused on standard compensation management workflows, including merit and bonus planning cycles, approval routing, and role based pay component configuration consistent with Compensation Management practices.
Operational scope centered on HR and talent management functions with project activity based in Northampton, England, and extended to workforce management processes through the Dayforce Workforce Management deployment. The Ceridian Dayforce Compensation application was embedded in a unified Dayforce instance, enabling data continuity between talent, performance and workforce scheduling capabilities.
Governance was led by an internal product management structure, with a Product Manager owning the Dayforce product roadmap and cross functional project and support teams providing implementation and BAU support.
