In 2020, Four Seasons Federal Credit Union implemented Fiserv Corillian Online as its Digital Banking platform to expand member self-service and modernize online and mobile channels. The deployment addressed the credit union goal to provide intuitive self-service options whenever and wherever possible, and it formed part of a coordinated rollout of Fiserv online and mobile banking capabilities that needed to minimize disruption to staff and members.
The implementation bundled Fiserv Corillian Online with Mobiliti, CheckFree RXP for bill payment, Popmoney for person to person payments, FraudNet for payment protection, and TransferNow for account to account transfers, creating an end to end digital banking capability set. Configuration emphasized a customizable online banking experience, enabling the institution to adjust user experience and workflows without extensive rework, and standard functional workflows were implemented for bill presentment and payment, P2P transfers, fraud monitoring, and interaccount transfers.
Architecturally the solution was deployed to operate tightly with the credit union’s existing Portico account processing platform from Fiserv, preserving core account servicing integrations while consolidating digital front end services in a unified vendor stack. Operational scope centered on member services, retail banking operations, and IT, with the integration strategy focused on real time account access, transaction posting, and shared authentication and user profile data across channels.
Governance and rollout prioritized minimal operational disruption, with IT leadership emphasizing customization controls and managed change to maintain member experience continuity. Four Seasons Federal Credit Union reported that Corillian Online and Mobiliti offered a marked improvement over the previous environment, and the implementation shifted responsibilities toward ongoing configuration and digital channel governance across IT and member services teams.
