The combined environment prioritized governed dashboards and Liveboards to give faster access to standardized business metrics and to surface insights to nontechnical teams. Integrations centered on Snowflake and Fivetran as the core data pipeline, with ThoughtSpot consuming modeled datasets to deliver dashboards and Liveboards to business functions. Mode Analytics was positioned within the same Analytics and BI layer to provide SQL based exploration and complementary reporting workflows alongside ThoughtSpot. Governance emphasized centralized data modeling and metric standardization to align sales, marketing, finance and product reporting, and rollout prioritized adoption across Switzerland and EMEA. The ThoughtSpot rollout produced dramatic speed to insight improvements, with case study reports up to 99 percent faster, and increased adoption, with roughly 40 percent of employees as monthly active users.
