The implementation centered on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the core personnel management system, with configuration of employee master data, organizational management, position and job structures, and transactional HR processes consistent with Core HR functional scope. The engagement included standard Employee Central capabilities for person lifecycle management, central employee profiles, and configuration of HR business rules and workflows to control hire, transfer, and termination events. The program was coordinated in parallel with an electronic time recording solution procurement and deployment, the tender documentation indicates synchronized delivery of time and attendance functionality alongside Employee Central. Interfaces and data exchange for time records were scoped to ensure time data collection aligned with SuccessFactors objects, and the program documentation frames those interfaces as part of the overall project delivery scope. Governance was structured around a full project lifecycle delivery with Intelligenza as the implementation partner, covering design, build, test, cutover, go-live, and one month of assisted operation as contractual phases. The project specifications reference phased project artifacts in item 6 and require handover to operational HR processes at the end of assisted operation, ensuring operational ownership and continuity for the foundation’s HR administration.
