In 2025, FundBank went live on Temenos SaaS and deployed Temenos Analytics as part of its Analytics and BI footprint to support its expansion into the United States. This implementation positions Temenos Analytics as the bank's primary Analytics and BI application for data-driven banking and custodial services, aligning analytics capabilities with FundBank business functions for the asset management industry.
The deployment includes a full suite of Temenos modules, covering digital banking, core banking, payments and data analytics, with Temenos Analytics integrated into the platform to enable reporting, operational analytics and client onboarding instrumentation. FundBank implemented a fully digitized corporate onboarding workflow and configured multi-currency account servicing, payment processing, custody and trading support within the Temenos SaaS environment.
Architecturally, the solution is delivered as a cloud native Temenos SaaS platform with Temenos managing platform operations, support and continuous updates, while Temenos Analytics is embedded in that managed stack to provide centralized analytics services. The managed SaaS model consolidates software, runtime and analytics into a single operational boundary, reducing FundBank responsibility for infrastructure and platform maintenance.
Operational scope covers FundBank retail and corporate banking functions that service management companies and investment funds, with the rollout explicitly supporting U.S. market requirements alongside global operations. Governance shifted toward a SaaS centric operating model, with Temenos handling maintenance and update cadence, enabling FundBank to focus governance on product roadmap, customer experience and compliance for fund custody and payments.
FundBank stated that going live enables faster product launches, an elevated digital client experience and scalable operations, and that the bank can now offer a fully digitized corporate onboarding experience to clients. Temenos Analytics will serve as the bank's Analytics and BI engine to support those stated objectives and ongoing data driven decision making.
