Governance for the Penta Construction rollout was aligned with G.A. West’s quality management system which is working towards ISO certification, embedding documented procedures, training requirements, and quality checkpoints into project and financial workflows. System administration followed the company’s stated security practices and dual back-up operations to ensure minimal downtime, and the stated growth of the Quality Control department, which expanded by over 600% in the prior decade, supported ongoing configuration and process control.
