Governance relied on centralized HRIS stewardship for configuration change control, role based security around entitlements, and structured training programs for managers and HR partners, with monitoring and reporting processes to validate configuration and support ongoing administration. The deployment positioned Workday Absence Management as a core Absence and Leave Management capability within GAF's enterprise HR technology stack under HRIS ownership.
