Operational rollout encompassed benefits administration, recruitment and HRIS governance across the three Tennessee sites, and included coordination with a third party benefits vendor that lowered employee benefit costs by 13 percent during Open Enrollment. The Acumatica Cloud ERP implementation served to unify HR-sourced workforce data with ERP Financial records while supporting ongoing investigations, contracts, and risk management workflows.
