Implementation activities included Workday Security configuration, managing HR and compensation related custom reports, and developing and modifying custom Workday reports to support absence, payroll and talent processes.
The program delivered data conversions and system integration work to link absence and time tracking with payroll and benefits modules, and it included building integrations required for operational reporting. Operational coverage focused on HR business functions such as Compensation, Hiring, Performance and Talent Management, with the Absence and Leave Management capability embedded into those workflows for unified leave administration.
Governance and rollout were managed through a formal project plan, with day to day support roles covering HCM, Talent, Testing and Reporting leadership. The team communicated weekly with the implementation partner and offshore project sub leads, directed tasks on the implementation plan, and maintained ongoing support for HR business processes and reporting after deployment.
