Governance centered on coordinating collections, call center and payments operations, with Shaw Systems acting as the servicing transaction system and ACI Speedpay as the payments processing layer. Rollout prioritized auto-loan portfolios in the United States and included operational handoffs, updated collections workflows and monitoring to manage promise-to-pay tracking.
