Operational coverage extended from site finance personnel who prepare and submit project invoices to central accounts payable clerks who code and post transactions in ePROMIS Enterprise. The implementation instituted system-driven voucher creation and recording, with AP clerks using the ERP Financial interface for coding, data entry and voucher lifecycle management to ensure consistent accounting records for project expenditures. Governance and workflow restructuring emphasized standardized verification and approval steps inside ePROMIS Enterprise, embedding payment authorization for signature and formal voucher types into the accounting workflow.
