In 2022, Gebr. Heinemann implemented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as a Core HR solution, engaging projekt0708 to drive the deployment. The program established a one hundred percent cloud deployment model for core HR data and workflow orchestration across the retailer's HR organization.
The implementation digitized more than 40 HR processes and increased transparency in work steps, with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central serving as the authoritative personnel data store. projekt0708 retains responsibility for ongoing operation and support, enabling Gebr. Heinemann to focus on steering governance and process optimization. Governance changes emphasize centralized HR data stewardship, standardized digital workflows, and phased module activation to align onboarding and performance processes with the centralized Core HR platform.
