In 2011 Gemeente Gemert-Bakel deployed Centric pims@all as its Payroll application for municipal HR administration. The deployment focused on centralizing P&O workflows within the municipality's HR function and operationalized absence administration and recruitment support across the organization.
Centric pims@all was configured to support absence case management including processing sick and recovery reports, triggering actions for long term illness and recording interactions with the company doctor. The implementation also covered recruitment and selection support, creation and storage of employment contracts and standard HR correspondence such as rejection letters, invitations, acknowledgments, change of position or salary scale notifications and advisory notes, combined with post-treatment case handling and document management.
Governance activity during rollout included documenting and redesigning P&O processes with a lean process orientation, and aligning day to day HR procedures to the system driven workflows. The implementation was coordinated with the DigiNet digitization program, enabling personnel files to be processed digitally alongside Centric pims@all, and the operational scope remained focused on the municipality P&O department and related HR business functions.
