Operational governance aligned customer service, finance, and operations around ERP managed workflows, routing invoice lifecycle and inventory adjustment responsibilities through DMSI Agility ERP. Document and reconciliation processes relied on Microsoft Office integration for budget reporting and ledger reconciliation, and role based procedures assigned AP and AR ownership to finance and plant managers respectively.
