In 2011, Gewofag implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its core ERP Financial system. The deployment established productive operation of SAP systems and positioned SAP ERP ECC 6.0 to support enterprise finance processes alongside real estate operational workflows.
The program covered SAP ERP ECC 6.0 together with SAP HR, SAP BW and SAP NetWeaver components, and included planned upgrades to EHP6, EHP7 and EHP8 and NetWeaver releases 7.31, 7.40 and 7.50. Implementation activities explicitly included SAP migration projects to AIX and DB2, performance analysis and tuning in SAP and DB2 landscapes, and installation and operation of Solution Manager 7.2 to manage application lifecycle and change control.
Functional expansion delivered a CRM call center solution for the real estate business and the introduction of mobile applications using SAP Fiori. Operational coverage encompassed data center operation, DB2 database upgrades, the implementation of external interfaces, and subsequent SAP OS and DB migration work moving from AIX to Linux.
Governance and run operations were formalized through Solution Manager 7.2 driven change management, ongoing support and advisory services, and productive operation of ERP, HR, BW and NetWeaver systems. Gewofag SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial supported finance, HR, call center and property management functions, with continuous analysis and tuning retained as part of steady state operations.

In 2021, Gewofag deployed Cisco Webex Meetings as its Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution. The deployment is embedded on Gewofag's public website, enabling browser-based audio and video meetings for external stakeholders, customer appointments, and virtual consultations. The implementation surfaces Cisco Webex Meetings functionality such as real-time audio and video, screen sharing, meeting scheduling, and browser join flows consistent with Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities.
Architecturally this reflects a web-embedded conferencing model, with Cisco Webex Meetings surfaced via website-hosted access points to minimize client-side friction and support guest participants without installed clients. Operational control is maintained through Cisco Webex Meetings administrative settings, providing centralized meeting access management, participant controls, and policy configuration. The implementation is focused on customer engagement and stakeholder communications on the website, with governance centered on meeting access and administrative configuration rather than broader enterprise system integration.
