In 2021, Gi Group Italy deployed Zucchetti Eggup as a Skills Intelligence solution to support its Women4 program in Italy. The implementation was scoped to HR and recruitment use cases aimed at improving female employability through program-specific learning journeys.
Zucchetti Eggup was configured with a customized soft-skills assessment and mini-growth paths that generated personalized upskilling suggestions, and provided training and coaching pathways tailored to individual participants. The deployment leveraged Skills Intelligence capabilities for assessment, recommendation and pathway orchestration to align candidate profiling with targeted development activities.
The HR and recruitment teams ran the Women4-focused rollout and registered around 1,000 users in the first five months, reflecting early adoption among program participants in Italy.
