Architecturally the program integrated SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Zalaris PeopleHub, which provides Zalaris cloud payroll and travel and expense capabilities, creating an end to end HR to payroll integration. The integrated solution was configured as a multi country deployment covering Gjensidige's more than 3700 employees in Norway, Sweden and Denmark, enabling cross border payroll processing and centralized T and E claim handling. Governance and program objectives focused on full outsourcing of payroll and associated services, ensuring compliance with personal data protection and security requirements, and achieving a modern, flexible multi country payroll and HR platform. The partnership with SAP and Zalaris was structured to support Gjensidige's HR strategy for user friendly HR processes and tools, while Zalaris assumed operational delivery of payroll and travel and expense services for the region.
