| Case.one | Legacy | Case.one | Case Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2024 | 2025 | In 2024 GK Samolet implemented Case.one for Case Management to establish an automated legal-case monitoring and judicial case-management service. The developer group Самолет built the solution on the Case.one platform to consolidate litigation records and centralize matter data, aligning the application with litigation and legal process workflows across the organization. The implementation configured core Case Management capabilities including a consolidated matter registry, automated document generation, judicial monitoring, and incasso payment tracking, with workflow orchestration and scheduled monitoring to produce standardized court documents and status alerts. Case.one was instrumented to enforce case lifecycle states and automated notification streams for legal handlers. Deployment scope covered legal and process functions across GK Samolet in Russia, the rollout was executed with PravoTech and Datametrica involvement. The operational consolidation centralized 100 percent of matters into a single Case.one system and placed approximately 95 percent of cases on automated monitoring streams. Governance changes focused on centralized matter ownership within the legal department, standardized intake and monitoring workflows, and reduced manual court-monitoring activity. Reported outcomes include the consolidation of all matters in one system, near complete automated monitoring, and a reduction of about 40 full time equivalent roles previously devoted to manual court monitoring. |
