Operational ownership remained with finance, covering A/P, A/R, payroll and cash flow management across the business, with the Controller serving as the finance lead for rollout and process governance. The combined Acumatica Cloud ERP and internal order management deployment provided the finance organization with a centralized ERP Financial platform and standardized processes to scale support for the companys rapid growth.
