In 2020, Glory implemented Oracle Cloud ERP. Oracle Cloud ERP was deployed as an ERP Financial solution within the ECHO programme to create a single, cloud-hosted platform supporting Glory Global Solutions end-to-end business cycle across Sales CX, Field Service Operations, Value Chain Planning, Supply Chain & Logistics, Order to Cash and Global Finance. The deployment situates Oracle Cloud ERP as the core ERP Financial application for global finance and operational planning across the group.
The implementation centered on finance and FP&A capabilities, including consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, project financial modeling and accounting controls for the ECHO rollout. Ownership of the ECHO financial model was established as a discrete capability, with responsibilities for ensuring accounting and forecasting accuracy, ROI analysis, and continual validation of model mechanics and assumptions. The programme also framed specific FP&A support for the recently acquired Acrelec subsidiary, with responsibilities to reconcile Acrelec monthly reporting into Glory consolidation in HFM and to support development of Acrelec reporting in Tagetik.
Architecturally the solution is a cloud-hosted Oracle environment rolled out across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, with BAU entry in APAC and EMEA and planned deployments into North America in 2020. Integrations and operational coverage explicitly include consolidation into HFM and the adoption of Tagetik for subsidiary reporting, and the system is instrumented to capture monthly timesheets and deployment costs to feed the ECHO financial model. The implementation supports cross-regional workstreams and matrixed operational processes rather than a single-site deployment.
Programme governance and financial controls were formalized, with the Programme Director and senior stakeholders holding regular model review meetings and the financial owner tracking project spend actuals and forecasts against Board approved limits. The FP&A function was positioned as primary liaison to the Acrelec Group Finance team and as a business partner to the New Business and Integration PMO teams to identify synergies, report commercial opportunities and review investment decisions as required by the GGS CFO.

In 2017, Glory implemented Oracle Field Service Cloud (ex TOA ETAdirect) as part of a coordinated Oracle cloud portfolio rollout. The program was led with a global Test and MDM lead for the APAC and Europe rollout and was executed alongside JDE Edwards ERP, Demantra demand planning, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning deployments.
Oracle Field Service Cloud was configured to provide Field Service Management capabilities including automated scheduling and dispatch, ETA and arrival prediction, mobile workforce management, and real-time work order orchestration. The deployment emphasized master data synchronization and service workflow standardization, with the Oracle Field Service Cloud integrated into the broader Oracle cloud portfolio to align work order lifecycles, parts provisioning, and demand planning processes with JDE Edwards ERP, Demantra, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning.
Governance and rollout practices established a centralized MDM and testing framework to control configuration, data quality, and phased regional acceptance across APAC and Europe. The implementation connected Glory, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Field Service Management, and service delivery operations to create a unified operational model for field service and supply chain coordination.

In 2021, Glory implemented LiveChat as a web-facing conversational layer. LiveChat is deployed as a Chatbots and Conversational AI solution on Glory’s corporate website to capture and manage real-time customer inquiries.
The deployment follows a cloud SaaS widget model, embedding LiveChat client-side JavaScript into public web pages while connecting agent sessions to a centrally hosted console. Configuration work focused on chat widget behavior, session persistence, visitor targeting rules, and agent presence controls to align with web traffic patterns.
Functionality implemented includes live agent chat, automated greeting messages, canned responses, chat transcript capture, and reporting dashboards, consistent with Chatbots and Conversational AI category capabilities. These modules were configured to support service intake, pre-sales qualification, and inquiry routing using internal team queues and role-based access to conversation history.
Operational coverage is scoped to the corporate web channel, with governance set up for template management, conversational response standards, and change control for widget configuration. Rollout emphasized operational workflows for support and commercial teams, training on agent console usage, and governance of chat scripts and escalation paths.
