SAP Legacy SAP S/4 HANA ERP Financial ERP Financial Management SAVIC Technologies Private Limited 2023 2024
In 2023, Go Fashion LTD implemented SAP S/4 HANA as its ERP Financial platform, engaging SAVIC Technologies Private Limited to deliver a retail-focused configuration. The deployment targeted Go Colors product lines and store networks across India and Dubai, with objectives that included automated replenishment, real-time inventory visibility, and faster reconciliation for apparel and fashion operations. The SAP S/4 HANA implementation configured an LFS Replenishment Model with automated sales order creation and standardized shortage procurement rules. Functional capabilities implemented include automated replenishment workflows, shortage analysis reporting, configurable procurement days buckets by stock percentage, inventory management for legwear assortments, and decision-ready reporting through the SAP BI analytics layer. Shortage procurement rules were implemented as business logic where stock at 1 to 25 percent triggers a 45 day refill rule, 25 to 50 percent triggers 25 days, 50 to 75 percent triggers 15 days, 76 to 90 percent triggers four days, and 90 to 100 percent triggers a 24 hour refill rule. Integration architecture used SAP PI to connect SAP S/4 HANA with the broader analytics and operational landscape, and the SAP BI platform was provisioned to provide self-service access to decision-ready information. The implementation covered transactional flows across procurement, inventory, sales order creation, and replenishment teams, and provided the LFS and procurement teams with direct access to filtered sales and stock datasets. Governance and process redesign emphasized mapping perilous business scenarios and configurable processes tailored for apparel and global fashion retail. SAVIC Technologies Private Limited mapped and instrumented multiple customizable process variants to accommodate varied product assortments and store behaviors, and embedded shortage analysis and procurement timing rules into standard operational workflows to reduce manual intervention. Post-implementation outcomes reported by the customer include one click shortage analysis replacing manual dependency on the procurement team, reduction of LFS data collection and filtering from 6 to 8 hours down to approximately 10 to 15 minutes, and improved ability to assess product level profitability. SAP S/4 HANA and the SAP BI platform were restated as the central systems delivering inventory visibility, replenishment automation, and retail financial control.
