In 2021 Latécoère began preparatory implementation work for SAP S/4 HANA as its ERP Financial platform, aligning mobile application initiatives and production interfaces to the SAP S/4 HANA modernization roadmap. The move to SAP S/4 HANA is being coordinated alongside a suite of mobile and workshop applications developed on SAP Business Technology Platform to reduce friction before full ERP migration.
The project delivered a constellation of mobile applications targeting storekeepers and operators, implemented using SAP Business Technology Platform application development and integration capabilities and modeled with SAP Build. Functional capabilities implemented include goods receipt, decision on use, inventory and bin management, internal stock transfers, picking for dispatch and batch traceability for interconnection systems, with Fiori-style user interfaces deployed on tablets and workshop terminals.
Deployment architecture used cloud services on SAP Business Technology Platform to host application logic and integration layers while preserving SAP Fiori front end ergonomics, the applications running on Microsoft Surface Go tablets for aerostructures sites and on Zebra data capture devices for interconnection systems sites. The initiative integrated these mobile solutions with on-premise ERP processes and production line interfaces, with workshop interfaces implemented via SAP Business Technology Platform and Fiori to capture sampled component lists directly from operators.
STMS delivered the program using sprint-based delivery, with key users appointed on each site and a distributed project management model including a site lead in the Czech Republic and a project manager in Brazil, while training and international rollouts were staged and limited by travel restrictions. On the aerostructures side all mobile applications are in production across sites, the interconnection systems rollout is complete in France with international training pending, and Latécoère expects improved data quality and operational efficiency while using SAP Business Technology Platform to simplify and decompose custom logic ahead of the SAP S/4 HANA migration.

In 2023 Latecoere implemented DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing solution on their website. Latecoere uses DocuSign eSignature in the Digital Signing category to enable website based document execution, embedding web signature capture and standard eSignature workflows to allow external parties to sign documents directly from public web pages.
The deployment emphasizes web integration and document lifecycle capture, using DocuSign eSignature capabilities such as embedded signing, auditable signature records, and signed document artifacts to support downstream processing. Governance and operational scope center on managing web based signing policies, template control, and retention of signed records to support digital signature verification and compliance aligned with online contract and document execution workflows.
