The implementation included configuration work for transaction routing and reconciliation, receipt and kitchen printing logic, and reporting feeds to support operational analytics.
The deployment integrated PayFacto MaitreD with Groupe St-Hubert commerce and customer touchpoint systems, explicitly including eCom VisonMax and mobile apps iOS / Android, payment processing using PayFacto with eTransactions and present card terminals, digital signage from Stingray and CDM Cineplex, and Zendesk for helpdesk ticketing. These integrations supported end to end order flow from digital channels to in-restaurant fulfillment and payment capture.
Governance and operationalization included Business Analysis led requirement artifacts such as BRDs and SSDs, deep log analysis for incident resolution, and a structured QA regime with test case authoring, UAT coordination and test execution planning.
