The implementation used NOVRH Absence Management, an Absence and Leave Management application, to align absence records and time data with payroll flows and social entitlement rules for employees in Île-de-France.
The deployment leveraged NOVRH SIRH GTA functionality to manage time and attendance, absence requests, and statutory leave entitlements. Configuration work focused on aligning absence workflows, entitlement calculation rules, and leave approval processes with French social legislation and the merged entities operational policies.
Integrations concentrated on consolidating payroll feeds and synchronizing HR master data so that NOVRH Absence Management served as the authoritative absence and time repository feeding payroll inputs. Operational scope covered HR and payroll teams and the employee population impacted by the merger, with the solution centralizing records across the merged office HLM and Groupe Valophis.
