In 2021, Grupo SBF S.A implemented SAP S/4 HANA as part of an ERP Financial migration from SAP ERP ECC 6.0. The program is referenced as the Centauro S4 Hana Migration and targeted procurement and master data domains tied to the company retail operations in Brazil.
The implementation centered on SAP S/4 HANA with an emphasis on SAP MM functional workstreams, specifically Business Partner setup and Purchase Order processing. A SAP MM specialist was responsible for configuring Business Partner master data, adapting purchase order lifecycles to the S/4 HANA data model, and executing FISIA S4 Hana implementation activities described for the migration.
Operational coverage focused on procurement and indirect purchase order flows, including a targeted migration of SAP ECC Nike procurement data into SAP S/4 HANA to support indirect purchasing. The deployment aligned purchase-to-order and vendor master processes within the SAP S/4 HANA platform to harmonize procurement records across Grupo SBF business units.
Governance and rollout were organized around module ownership for SAP MM, with specialist-led conversion of BP and PO artifacts and a prioritized cutover for indirect purchase orders. Responsibilities documented in project notes assign ownership for ECC to S/4 HANA conversion tasks and ongoing configuration of purchasing controls within the new ERP Financial environment.

In 2015 Grupo SBF S.A implemented TOTVS HR as its Core HR application to centralize human resources administration across its retail portfolio. The deployment targeted HR operations for the Grupo SBF brands including Centauro, Nike Brazil and By Shoes, and covered corporate offices, distribution centers, commercial centers and retail shops across Brazil, supporting a workforce of approximately 8,200 employees.
The implementation focused on core payroll and personnel management capabilities within TOTVS HR, aligning standard Core HR functionality such as employee master data, payroll processing, absence and leave management, and routine HR administration. Configuration work reflected existing local practices for electronic time capture and access control, referencing prior usage of DATASUL HMC for payroll, Forponto for electronic point and Senior for access control as operational inputs to the design of time and attendance workflows.
Deployment architecture leveraged the groups existing virtualized infrastructure, including Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization and the corporate WAN composed of ADSL and MPLS links between distribution centers, regional hubs and stores. The implementation was executed to operate within the companys mixed Windows and AIX environment and to integrate operationally with store-level point capture and access hardware where standard Core HR integrations were required.
Operational governance and rollout were overseen by the IT infrastructure leadership team, which had established IT governance policies, budgetary control processes and outsourced services management. Governance activities included policy definition for HR system operations, coordination of network and telephony resources across sites, and financial oversight of the HR application deployment and ongoing support contracts.
