Integrations implemented as part of the deployment included user permissioned ecosystem data feeds from Grab and Singtel, which were combined with conventional credit bureau scores to extend credit access to applicants with thin or no credit histories. Operational coverage centered on customer onboarding, credit operations and risk management for the GXS FlexiLoan, with FICO Platform capabilities earmarked for additional credit products across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. Governance and rollout emphasized rapid policy configuration and robust risk controls, enabling the bank to deploy decision logic and update policies at pace without sacrificing oversight. The program architecture supported automated millisecond decisioning, orchestration of policy flows, and centralized analytics for underwriting and pricing, aligning the FICO Platform deployment with GXS Banks goals for efficient onboarding and expanded credit access.
