Hyland Legacy OnBase for AP AP Automation ERP Financial Management n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, H.B. Fuller implemented OnBase for AP as an AP Automation solution to consolidate accounts payable processing and document management across finance functions. The OnBase for AP deployment was positioned to streamline AP operations, reduce manual touchpoints, and enable electronic invoice capture and lifecycle tracking for the accounts payable organization. The implementation focused on invoice capture and classification, optical character recognition and data extraction, automated matching and exception routing, configurable approval workflows, and document retention for auditability. OnBase for AP was configured to support high-volume batch processing and exception queues, and to orchestrate invoice-to-payment workflows and supplier payment coordination. Architecturally the OnBase for AP instance integrated with SAP and Prism/JDE ERPs, Open Text as a document repository, Ariba for procurement connectivity, Concur for expense and travel invoice flows, and Manex for manufacturing system feeds. These integrations enabled staged handoffs between procurement, AP, and ERP posting processes and allowed OnBase for AP to serve as the document and workflow hub for invoice processing. Governance for the deployment emphasized standardized approval workflows, centralized exception management, and controls to support segregation of duties in finance operations. Streamlined processes and optimized use of technology enabled H.B. Fuller to process approximately 110,000 invoices and payments totaling $680 million without additions to staff, illustrating the operational scale delivered by the AP Automation implementation.

Infor Legacy Infor Adage Manufacturing ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015 H.B. Fuller implemented Infor Adage as its Manufacturing ERP to consolidate core enterprise resource planning functions. The Infor Adage implementation was positioned to support manufacturing, finance, procurement and inventory management across the business, aligning the application name Infor Adage with the Manufacturing ERP category and the companys operational needs. The deployment delivered standard Manufacturing ERP capabilities including financials with general ledger and accounts payable and receivable, inventory management and material planning, production planning and shop floor control, and purchasing and order management. Configuration emphasized role based security, configurable workflows, master data governance and batch transaction processing typical of ERP deployments in manufacturing environments, with the Infor Adage application name reflected in system documentation and role definitions. Governance and rollout centered on centralized process ownership and change control for master data and chart of accounts, with functional stewards in finance and manufacturing responsible for configuration governance. The program used phased functional deployments and standardized process templates to drive consistent ERP operations across manufacturing and supply chain functions, while retaining program-level controls for ongoing configuration and compliance.
