| ADP | Paycom HR Management | ADP Workforce Now | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2018 |
In 2015, Hanmi Bank implemented ADP Workforce Now as its Core HR platform, replacing Paycom HR Management. The engagement began in April 2015 in Los Angeles and has continued into ongoing operational support through present, with ADP Workforce Now serving as the primary system for payroll and HR administration.
The implementation included a technical migration path from ADP version 2.1 to WFN 10, and later operational use of ADP WFN 12 for multi-state payroll processing. Configuration work recorded includes Automatic GTL calculation and Meal Period Penalty setup, timecard review workflows, and ongoing management of employee lifecycle events such as new hire setup, terminations, merit increases, promotions, payroll deductions, 401(k) processing, and garnishment handling.
Operational integrations and financial controls were established using the ADP Workforce Now GL interface to modify and run payroll journal entries. The team runs regular Audit Trail Reports and completes auditing prior to payroll submission, prepares multi worksite quarterly filings, reviews and approves 1095C filings, and supported 401k audit activities including 5500 processing and ERISA Schedule A 5500 submissions, aligning payroll processing with external audit and SOX compliance requirements.
Governance and reporting processes were structured to support executive oversight and dispute resolution, with Overtime and Meal Period Penalty reports produced for executive meetings and termination packages and final checks prepared as part of standard offboarding. Routine responsibilities documented include resolving payroll-related issues, preparing leave employee payroll status reports and monitoring insurance premium collections, and assisting benefits inquiries and external audit requests while operating ADP Workforce Now as the central Core HR system for Hanmi Bank.

| Fiserv | Legacy | Fiserv Premier Bank Platform | Core Banking | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Hanmi Bank implemented the Fiserv Premier Bank Platform as its Core Banking application. The deployment supported a commercial bank environment with more than $5 billion in assets and targeted core deposit, consumer and business loan, and leasing servicing workflows.
The implementation included loan servicing and deposit processing configuration within Fiserv Premier, and orchestration of CECL provisioning through the integrated Sageworks CECL application. Workstreams explicitly covered model validation, dry runs, development of business process flows, policies, procedures, disclosures and Risk and Control Matrices, and planning the transition from ALLL to CECL.
Integration work centered on Fiserv Premier Bank Platform connections to Sageworks CECL for credit loss modeling, Orion First for lease servicing, EnAct CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics for customer relationship management, and Deluxe TRIPS for returned items processing. Data quality activities included consumer and business data cleansing with LexisNexis and four waves of core data cleanup to purge and merge key customer attributes, supported by custom report writing training delivered by Fiserv.
Project governance was executed through a PMO delivery model, with a Senior Project Manager accountable for end to end delivery, vendor selection, demand management for CRM enhancements, and documentation control. The program produced formalized policies, process maps, documentation and RACMs to establish operational control across deposits, lending and leasing functions.
