In 2019 Harbin Clinic began an implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP, deploying Oracle Fusion Suite in a program that ran from December 2019 through March 2020. The project is categorized as ERP Financial and targeted core financial and supply chain transactional consolidation for the clinic group.
The implementation covered Financials Cloud Service for core accounting and financial management alongside Supply Chain Management modules including Self Service Procurement, Procurement Cloud, and Inventory Cloud. Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to support procure-to-pay workflows, inventory management controls, and financial close routines consistent with ERP Financial operational patterns.
Integrations were executed with RF Smart to link inventory transactions and handheld scanning into Inventory Cloud, enabling operational connectivity between warehouse scanning hardware and Oracle Cloud ERP inventory records. The deployment scope was across Harbin Clinic locations and headquarters, applying the solution to finance, procurement, supply chain, and inventory management functions.
Governance and rollout progressed through a design phase that concluded with a conference room pilot, the implementation was associated with Evosys, and the supply chain workstream was led by a solution architect who served as lead consultant for the Supply Chain Management modules through completion of the design and pilot activities.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 Harbin Clinic implemented Oracle Absence Management as part of a consolidated HCM rollout. The deployment targeted Absence and Leave Management and spanned Harbin Clinic operations in Georgia, United States, covering approximately 1500 employees. The program was executed under the guidance of an HCM Solution Architect to align core HR processes with the new application.
The initiative included configuration and integration of multiple HCM modules, explicitly Global HR, Oracle Absence Management, Oracle Payroll, Benefits, Learning Management, Performance Management, Workforce Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Oracle Absence Management was configured for standard absence lifecycle capabilities, including eligibility rules, accrual and entitlement calculations, absence request and approval workflows, and reporting aligned to HR and payroll needs. Payroll-impacting leave processing was mapped into Oracle Payroll to ensure absence events were captured for pay calculations.
Third party interfaces were implemented to exchange master HR data and transaction-level absence events between Oracle modules and external systems. Integrations aligned employee master data from Global HR with Oracle Absence Management and routed approved absence records into Oracle Payroll and Benefits for downstream processing. Operational coverage included HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and manager self-service across the clinic network.
Governance encompassed role-based access controls, absence policy configuration, standardized approval routing, and a phased cutover approach with integration testing and user acceptance cycles. Workflow restructuring centralized absence adjudication within Oracle Absence Management and shifted manager approvals and absence inquiries into self-service channels. The HCM Solution Architect role directed configuration decisions and change control for the program.
The deployment centralized absence processing inside the Oracle HCM ecosystem and established integrated transactional flows between Global HR, Oracle Absence Management, Oracle Payroll, and Benefits via third party interfaces. Operational ownership and data stewardship were formalized to maintain consistent absence and payroll coordination across the implemented modules.

In 2020, Harbin Clinic implemented athenaClinicals. The deployment places athenaClinicals at the center of the clinic's Electronic Health Record,Medical Practice Management architecture and is surfaced on the Harbin Clinic website to support clinician facing records and patient facing access. Harbin Clinic operates with approximately 1500 employees and uses the application to support ambulatory clinical operations and practice management workflows across its outpatient services. This positions athenaClinicals as the clinical documentation and scheduling platform for routine encounters and specialty care coordination.
Configuration focused on category aligned capabilities typical of Electronic Health Record,Medical Practice Management systems, including structured clinical documentation, order management, electronic prescribing, and medical practice management functions such as appointment scheduling and front office workflow support. The athenaClinicals implementation included customization of clinical templates, problem lists and encounter workflows to align with the clinic's specialty mixes and clinician documentation preferences. The presence of athenaClinicals on the public website indicates extension of patient access and appointment booking pathways alongside the backend clinical and billing modules.
Governance centered on clinical informatics ownership and change control, with standardization of documentation workflows and template management to drive consistent use across departments. Rollout was staged to align training with operational intake and scheduling processes, emphasizing clinician and front office adoption and iterative configuration updates. Ongoing administration requires coordinated IT and clinical operations processes to maintain configurations exposed both to internal users and the website delivered patient workflows.
