Configuration covered garnishment processing for child support, creditor, state and federal orders, management of off cycle checks for terminations and corrections, and check and pay advice printing within the SAP environment.
Operational integrations emphasized transactional flow from payroll runs into GL posting and tax reporting outputs, with payroll data serving finance and tax reporting functions. Day to day operational coverage spanned Payroll and Finance teams, with routine report generation and GL reconciliation performed inside SAP by payroll and accounting staff.

The architecture combined on-premise ABAP stacks and portal layers with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central replication points, leveraging Webdynpro, Java, UI5, and Fiori front-end technologies to orchestrate HR data flows.
Operationally the implementation impacted HR administration and IT application teams, who managed replication governance, interface error handling, and portal administration. Governance work centered on configuration lifecycle, interface versioning, and role based access within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the Enterprise Portal to ensure consistent master data and user access controls.
