Configuration and module work centered on embedding business planning and forecasting directly into SAP S/4 HANA and creating workbook artifacts to support financial planning groups. The program restructured the budgeting cycle to enable a shift from annual to semi annual budgeting, reducing the end to end timeline by four weeks. Reporting work included migrating existing reports to customer E-HANA and to standard S/4HANA reports, with the development and testing of more than 30 custom reports and the configuration and testing of over 100 standard reports. The team also designed and delivered systematic workflow automation for procurement and implemented SAP supplier portals to automate indirect procurement supplier interactions.
Integration and operational coverage emphasized native S/4 HANA reporting and planning functions, with reporting targets including customer E-HANA and standard S/4HANA report sets. Business functions impacted included financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting and procurement operations, with cross-functional testing and validation coordinated across finance and procurement stakeholders.
