Operational governance incorporated Solution Manager EarlyWatch reports and alerts, remediation of EWA recommendations inside SAP ERP ECC 6.0, and coordination with system outage and control teams for planned downtime and releases. Governance and delivery used structured systems development lifecycle practices, the Rational Unified Process, and facilitated JAD sessions with business stakeholders to define scope and workflows. Requirements Traceability Matrix tracking, use case and sequence diagram artifacts created in Visio and Rational tools, and formal test management in SIT and UAT with Test Director and ClearQuest defect tracking were used to secure stakeholder acceptance and manage risk. The implementation impacted business functions for claims processing, enrollment and eligibility administration, provider management and billing, and included coordination of test data setup and user acceptance testing across IT teams.
