Heathgate documented and edited new job descriptions according to company formats and guidelines, and the Human Resources Administrative Assistant updated those job descriptions directly on TRAKSTAR while maintaining organizational charts to reflect a company restructure. Operational integration relied on manual data collation from Microsoft Office artifacts, specifically Excel and Word, which were used to collect and format job description content before uploading into Mitratech Trakstar Hire. Governance and process changes were formalized through tracked follow up with management on job description progress and a maintained workflow for updating organizational charts, aligning HR hiring documentation with the Applicant Tracking System and day to day HR administrative processes.
