The implementation incorporated functional terminology and controls relevant to control engineering and tracking budget expenses across vendor and project lines. Governance emphasized centralized approval workflows, role based access control for finance, procurement and service delivery teams, and a documented chart of accounts and approval matrix for vendor invoice handling. Rollout included staff training on Quickbooks Enterprise financial workflows and established recurring procedures for budget approvals and vendor performance tracking.
