SuccessFactors Employee Central was integrated with Zalaris PeopleHub, which includes Zalaris cloud payroll, travel and expense, Zalaris eFile, a personnel archive, and a complete time and absence solution including manager sick leave follow up. The implementation created an integrated architecture with Employee Central acting as HR master data and PeopleHub delivering payroll, time and expense processing, enabling bi directional data flows between compensation planning and payroll execution. Operational coverage prioritized HR and payroll functions, manager workflows for absence and sick leave follow up, and finance oversight as highlighted by Hent’s Finance Manager. Governance centered on centralized HR master data in Employee Central, coordinated interfaces to Zalaris PeopleHub, and a cross functional rollout across HR and payroll teams in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. This deployment aligns with Compensation Management capabilities, aiming to reduce process inefficiency and provide easy to use solutions for employees and back office functions.
