Integrations were a central element of the implementation, with a redesigned HHub to SAP integration audited and redeveloped by BeOne Solutions and HHub Development, work that reduced document failures by approximately 99 percent. The SAP Business One environment was connected into the broader finance ecosystem, including the BOARD planning and reporting platform via a finance data warehouse, a Tungsten supplier e invoicing platform to manage supplier invoicing, and HSBC Net to automate supplier payments and streamline accounts payable end to end. FreshService was implemented for finance ticketing to structure user support and track resolution SLAs.
Governance and operational coverage focused on the finance function and FP&A team of 24, with a four year FIS roadmap driving phased rollout and alignment to monthly board reporting, weekly sales forecasting, and multi year long term planning cycles. The implementation emphasized process redesign across planning, reporting, and AP workflows rather than point upgrades, and positioned SAP Business One as the core ERP Financial system supporting HH Global’s centralized finance processes.
