Deployment governance included outlining new processes and identifying new roles and responsibilities within Oracle Cloud ERP, establishing owner accountability for demand and resource management, and producing training materials, reference guides, and instructor‑led sessions to onboard users into production.

Governance was driven by the payroll tax team, where a Senior Payroll Tax Analyst coordinated year end processing and led the Tax Outsourcing Project. Effective July 2019 taxes were outsourced to ADP, and the implementation work involved collaboration with ADP implementation resources to align tax profiles and instrument filing integrations while formalizing testing and peer review processes between payroll and HR Systems.

Operational ownership remained with the real estate team, who used the combined data to coordinate site-level and portfolio-level planning. Governance was updated to route hoteling approvals and move authorizations through FMS:Workplace workflows, aligning requests with occupancy controls and attendance signals from Workday. The implementation helped the real estate team plan safe return-to-office workflows and informed long-term space optimization. Ongoing portfolio analytics enabled continuous cost and utilization analysis to guide real estate decision making.
