Functional analytics implemented included Workforce Management, Forecasting Demand and Capacity, Project and Portfolio Budgets, and Finance capabilities covering Capitalization, Payables, Receivables, Profitability, and Revenue and Expense Recognition, along with Trend Analysis, Resource Management, and Talent and Skills Reporting.
Project execution included facilitated functional, end to end, and user acceptance test sessions with module leads and key personnel to validate that reports and analytics artifacts aligned to new process flows. Operational coverage spanned finance, project management office, HR and resource planning teams, with analytics instrumentation embedded into routine financial and workforce planning workflows.
Deployment governance included outlining new processes and identifying new roles and responsibilities within Oracle Cloud ERP, establishing owner accountability for demand and resource management, and producing training materials, reference guides, and instructor‑led sessions to onboard users into production.

The implementation included alignment of EIN tax profiles to payroll system setup and ongoing testing of new tax setups with HR Systems to ensure filing accuracy.
Governance was driven by the payroll tax team, where a Senior Payroll Tax Analyst coordinated year end processing and led the Tax Outsourcing Project. Effective July 2019 taxes were outsourced to ADP, and the implementation work involved collaboration with ADP implementation resources to align tax profiles and instrument filing integrations while formalizing testing and peer review processes between payroll and HR Systems.

Highmark Health integrated FM:Systems FMS:Workplace with its HR system Workday to synchronize headcount and attendance reporting, ensuring seat assignments and occupancy calculations reflected active employee status. The Workday integration provided the authoritative employee attribute feed used across booking and move workflows. Operational ownership remained with the real estate team, who used the combined data to coordinate site-level and portfolio-level planning.
Governance was updated to route hoteling approvals and move authorizations through FMS:Workplace workflows, aligning requests with occupancy controls and attendance signals from Workday. The implementation helped the real estate team plan safe return-to-office workflows and informed long-term space optimization. Ongoing portfolio analytics enabled continuous cost and utilization analysis to guide real estate decision making.
