In 2016 Holiday Ice implemented Exact Synergy as its Document Management solution. The deployment was delivered with BrainSys and aimed to centralize invoice processing and provide a single source of truth for inventory and procurement information.
Exact Synergy was configured to handle incoming invoice capture and automated invoice processing, combined with document indexing, routing and archival workflows common to document management deployments.
