Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP n/a 2005 2006
In 2005, Home Group implemented Oracle E-Business Suite, establishing an enterprise ERP Financial platform. The Oracle E-Business Suite installation is identified as the primary system for core administrative functions and is referenced throughout Home Group’s IT support and managed services arrangements. Home Group expanded the use of Oracle E-Business Suite in 2016-17 to underpin Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll processes, and that broader rollout is credited in internal reporting with delivering significant savings through process efficiencies. The solution supports core business functions across Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll and is maintained by a dedicated internal IS ERP support team. Functional coverage implemented includes Oracle E-Business Financials, Procurement, Projects, Assets, HCM, Oracle Learning Management, Payroll and Compensation Workbench, configured to support payroll end of year procedures and legislative changes. Technical configuration and custom development practices documented include front end screen extensions using Oracle Forms, Oracle Application Framework and Apex, custom pll components, and backend database objects including workflow customizations, triggers, packages, procedures and functions. Claremont was engaged initially for targeted advisory and change work and was awarded a three year managed services contract in July 2020 to provide Oracle E-Business Suite managed services. The managed service scope comprises fix-on-fail support delivered via incident management with response and resolution SLAs, problem management to address root causes, service requests for procedural and how to guidance, CEMLI support and small change development to evolve the solution for business and legislative requirements, including payroll patching processes such as RUP and TYE. Governance and operating model emphasize collaborative engagement and structured knowledge transfer to Home Group’s internal IS ERP team, positioning Claremont to augment in-house capability on complex issues, development activity and best practice guidance. Home Group testimonials describe the arrangement as strengthening internal skills and delivering flexible support that freed budget for customer-facing activities while preserving operational ownership of Oracle E-Business Suite.

Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Core HR HCM n/a 2005 2006
In 2005 Home Group implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS to provision Core HR capabilities for its UK housing and social care operations. Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS was configured to support HCM and payroll workflows as a focused HR application within Home Group's wider Oracle E-Business footprint. That wider Oracle E-Business deployment was used to underpin Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll processes in 2016-17, delivering significant savings through process efficiencies. The implementation covers explicit Oracle E-Business modules and functional areas including Financials, Procurement, Projects, Assets, HCM, Oracle Learning Management, Payroll and Compensation Workbench. Configuration and development work recorded includes payroll support with end of year patching such as RUP and TYE, development of payroll elements and fast formulae, front end screen enhancements using Oracle Forms, OAF and Apex, and backend customizations including workflow extensions and database packages, procedures, functions and triggers. CEMLI level development and bespoke integrations have been part of the technical support scope. Operationally the Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and its adjacent modules support HR, payroll and related business functions across Home Group, with an established internal IS ERP team providing business as usual support and enhancements. The deployment has integrated with front-line case management mobile functionality through targeted changes, and requires specialist Oracle E-Business expertise for complex incident resolution and development work. Home Group engaged Claremont initially for Oracle Learning Management review and interim support, and following a formal tender awarded Claremont a three year Oracle E-Business Managed Services contract in July 2020. The managed service model provides fix-on-fail response, incident management with response and resolution SLAs, Problem Management for root cause work, Service Requests for how to and small change activity, and structured knowledge transfer to strengthen the internal support team. This governance and service model is positioned to support ongoing legislative updates and incremental enhancements to the Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and adjacent modules.
