Oracle Legacy Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP Financial ERP n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Homebridge Financial Services implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment was anchored on accounting workflows required for Accounting for Mortgage Bankers, and oriented to support daily loan origination processing and month end close activities. The Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne configuration emphasized core financial modules including general ledger, cash management, journal entry processing, consolidations and subledger workflows for loan origination data. Automation and mapping routines were established to ingest and reconcile daily funding activity, and the solution was used to review, approve and post all journal entries into the accounting ERP system. Integrations included a daily funding activity upload process that converted Prospect formatted files into the mappings used in J.D. Edwards, and reconciled and executed transfers of escrow and construction escrow related cash from Prospect to Homebridge. Operational coverage extended across accounting operations, accounting close, accounting reporting and consolidations, and the system provided loan level detail to treasury, closing and Information Technology teams. Governance and process changes were executed within the accounting organization, where an Accounting Manager supervised a small operations team to manage daily uploads, reconciliations and monthly retail loan origination reporting. The implementation supported quarterly and yearly audit reporting and centralized reconciliation and reporting workflows, aligning Homebridge Financial Services Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP Financial capabilities with treasury, closing and audit functions.

Sterling Talent Solutions Legacy Sterling Background Check BackGround Screening HCM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Homebridge Financial Services implemented Sterling Background Check to centralize BackGround Screening within HR onboarding, compliance, and candidate vetting workflows. The Sterling Background Check deployment supported Sherman Oaks, CA HR operations and interfaced with district coordination for new hire readiness across Licensing, IT, HR, and hiring manager touchpoints. The implementation covered core background screening capabilities using Sterling Background Check, including creation of electronic candidate files, initiation and completion of federal searches, credit, criminal, SSN and DMV checks, licensing status requests, and management of consent and release follow up. HR administrators used Sterling Background Check outputs to make clearance decisions, escalate ambiguous findings to HR business partners, and communicate required candidate explanations and final determinations to hiring managers and candidates. Integrations were explicitly operationalized with Equifax for I-9 tracking and E-Verify for I-9 verification and photo match troubleshooting, and with ADP Vantage for offboarding paperwork and termination letters. Operational scope included coordination with Payroll for separation agreement payments, collaboration with HRIS on larger projects, and ongoing interaction with district coordinators and HRBPs for case resolution. Governance and process controls emphasized legal I-9 timing, specifically managing completion within the three day period and re certification where needed, escalation pathways to HRBP and approval routing up to the CEO for complex cases, and the creation of standard operating procedures. The HR administrator role also supported testing, training and feedback cycles for ADP Vantage and Sterling Background Check, embedding the BackGround Screening process into everyday onboarding and offboarding workflows.

DocuSign Legacy DocuSign eSignature Digital Signing Content Management n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Homebridge Financial Services deployed DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing solution on its public website. Homebridge Financial Services uses DocuSign eSignature as a Digital Signing tool to capture customer signatures through web-based document workflows and embedded signing experiences. The implementation configures common Digital Signing capabilities such as embedded signing, template-driven envelope creation, signer authentication options, and persistent audit trail and transaction history to support web-originated signature events. DocuSign eSignature is presented as the primary electronic signature mechanism on the site, with templates and envelope management used to standardize document payloads and signing sequences. Architecturally the solution is implemented as a SaaS e-signature layer integrated into the website front-end, enabling direct signer journeys from content pages to hosted or embedded signing sessions via DocuSign eSignature APIs. Operational scope is focused on customer-facing channels and web-delivered document acceptance workflows, with the signing infrastructure surface managed within the corporate web estate rather than as an internal desktop-only tool. Governance around the rollout emphasizes centralized template control, role-based permissioning for envelope creation and sender accounts, and retention of audit logs to support regulatory and compliance traceability for web transactions. The deployment positions DocuSign eSignature to handle the firm’s web signature needs while keeping signature lifecycle, auditability, and template governance centralized within the e-signature platform.
